VETUS flexible engine mounting type LMX340

This flexible engine mounting is suitable for marine diesel engines in the power range between 70 and 350kW (95 - 480hp). It has a maximum load of 340kg.

The VETUS type LMX340 flexible engine mounting has been designed to help in optimizing the power-to-weight ratio of modern diesel engines. (To achieve this optimization, the weight of an engine in comparison to thrust is becoming lower and lower.)
For these engine types, the VETUS type LMX flexible engine mounting possesses the following ideal characteristics:
Ample vertical compression guarantees optimum vibration damping, even at idling revs.
The horizontal fore and aft stiffness is very high, which allows the acceptance of considerable thrust.
Vibration cushioning horizontally athwartships is equally exceptional.
